Thanks for the input. And I'm really sorry about your marital problems. Being a Christian indeed means accepting Jesus. All people are entitled to His grace and forgiveness. The race points I touched on were related to hate crimes, not salvation. I guess you would need to read and comprehend the entire article to understand this. Also, I don't care what Barack Obama's middle name is. I'm talking about the fact that with the growing Muslim population and the unwarranted sympathy toward Muslims, it's only a matter of time before we, as a nation, give them the White House. This comment had nothing to do with Obama. Once again, John, great job of changing what someone says/writes to make it fit some leftist agenda. As a Christian, it bothers me when someone thinks that just because you attend a church you are a Christian. Let's see, Obama was a member of a white American hating church for 20 years, I'm having trouble recalling the verse where Jesus says it's ok to hate all white people just because of things that happened in past generations. Maybe you could refresh my memory. Also, check ontheissues.org to see Obama's views on several major issues. How can someone claim to be a Christian and at the same time support homosexual rights and child murder - AKA abortion? They list so many more of Obama's views that contradict scripture that I can't list them here. Just check it out. I am very particular about facts. I research every article that I write. Nothing news related is written off the cuff. Some of my personal notes or stories about my kids may be written purely from my experience, but never an article like this. I visited the SPJ site and read all of what I commented on. I also searched other articles about SPJ in order to draw from a variety of information. Finally, this article was about journalism, not Obama. Somehow John turned it into Obama for king of the world.
