Debate Results According To…Me

I watched the entire VP debate, and I believe that this was a better debate than McCain/Obama gave us last week. Both VP candidates seemed to do a good job of answering questions from the moderator and from each other. I give the edge to Palin because she was really able to show who she is.  For most of the debate, Biden sounded  like any other career politician. He had some good answers and discussions, but nothing that I wouldn’t expect to hear from any other democratic candidate. Palin came across as not only intelligent, but also unique. She is definitely a Washington outsider.

When All Else Fails, Skew The Truth

I am completely disgusted with America’s liberal media.  I checked the debate buzz on some of the major news shows and sites this morning, and I’m really not surprised at the reports.  One morning show had a panel of “experts” discussing the debate. An Obama drooler in the group actually said that she was left wondering if Palin answered even one question. Really? This member of the Obamian cult obviously watched something other than the VP debate that I saw. Palin easily handled not only the questions from the moderator, but also the jabs from Biden.

Also, ABC News’ website has a VP debate fact check  headline this morning (as if these people know what a fact is.) I don’t have a problem verifying facts, but in the entire article ABC only pointed out a couple of facts that Palin got wrong. Nothing even alluded to any of Bidens’ quoted facts.

Are Americans Really That Stupid?

No, Americans are not, but democrats have learned the power of the mantra.  This whole problem of reciting a lie over and over until the public accepts it as true started with the Clintons. Back when Bill was guilty of perjury, of which he should have been impeached, they somehow redirected the debate to his faithfulness to his wife. I heard time and time again democrats claiming that “this was a private matter for his family”, or “so what if he got a little extra action, he is just a man”. Well his affair was not the issue, his lying about the affair while under oath was the issue. The Clintons, along with the media, discovered that they could brainwash the democrats and undecideds of this country pretty easily by simply regurgitating “new” facts. (BTW, claiming to be undecided really says a lot. I seem to recall a saying “You’ve got to stand for something or you’ll fall for anything.”) Now the media, using Clinton’s mind control techniques, can create any “fact” that they desire.  I’ll bet over the next few days that we will start hearing how Palin didn’t really answer any questions. Next, this will be the discussion around the coffee pot. I mean, surely if THE NEWS says it it must be true. Right?
